Shortly before 3:30 A.M. The Chester Fire Department was dispatched for a working fire at 5 barberry Row. Extensive Mutual Aid and a tanker task force was requested as soon as units went in service. Due to no hydrants in the area LDH lay and relay pumping would be required at this fire. It took fire fighters over two hours to bring the fire under control
